AMIE LACHER PICKERING
Amie moved from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Kitsap County in 1999 and fell in love at first sight of the Pacific Northwest. The decision to plant roots and make a family here was an easy one. Amie loves adventure and new challenges; qualities that get put to good use in her blended family of 7! Outside of real estate, you'll find Amie at the barn wearing her horse show-mom hat, cheering at the sideline of a kid soccer game, or organizing Faith in the Workplace events at her local church.
Amie obtained her real estate license in 2004. She loves focusing on relationships and quickly learning clients' needs and priorities in order to achieve their real estate goals and dreams. Utilizing her strong project management and negotiation skills and attention to detail, Amie has developed broad knowledge and experience with both home buyers and sellers.
JILL WALLEN
Jill came to Kitsap County from Northern California in 1984 with her husband, and the first of two kids, to be closer to family. Her background was in Architectural Studies and Civil Engineering design. She spent the next 10 years doing Project Management & Short Subdivisions for a local engineering firm. She began her real estate career in 1994 so she could be more involved with her children’s school and activities. But it turned out that real estate was a great fit for blending Jill’s talents! She hasn’t looked back! Jill has strong ties to the community from her many years as a Realtor, her love of tennis, softball, and her long-term active membership with the Rotary Club of East Bremerton. Building on that strong foundation, Jill brings an exceptional commitment to service, communication, and FUN! Kitsap County has been a wonderful place to grow with her family, friends, and now three grandkids!
