Take heart my bargain shoppers!

Black Friday will not be cancelled this year, or at least not online sales. While 2020 may have thwarted a lot of your, mine, and many other folks plans this year, we will still be able to rely on getting some great deals this holiday season. Lets dive in to what we should expect from the biggest sale of the year;

Stores will be closed on Thanksgiving but, online sales will start earlier.

Though it kind of takes away from the practically-a-holiday event us penny pinching Americans have come to long for oh so deeply, your black Friday deals will most likely start earlier and be mainly online. According to quite a few black Friday predictions websites, they foresee most, if not all retail stores being closed on Thanksgiving this year. For the past few years we have seen retail stores begin opening earlier and early, first on the Friday post Thanksgiving and within the past few years, opening on Thanksgiving day. Now, obviously due to COVID-19 restrictions, black Friday shopping just wouldn’t be able to take place the same way (for several reasons). But, I’m sure most of you already can guess what those reasons are.

As I said before, online sales are expected to begin much earlier then years previous. More people are stuck at home with their technology and it’s a perfect opportunity to advertise to those folks. Predictions stated that these advertisement have begun back at the beginning of November, so chances are you have already started receiving the influx of advertising.

Have your computers charged and fingers at the ready.

To sum it all up, be prepared to do most of your shopping online this year to get those black Friday deals. Stores will most likely be open on black Friday but, don’t be surprised if they regulated capacities. Thus online shopping will be your best bet to score those big deals!

Happy shopping!
